Katie is a people-focused global supply chain leader with over 20 years experience developing large teams and driving transformational change cross-functionally and innovating across the value chain. Throughout her career, she’s honed a unique ability to cast vision and long-term strategy while ensuring implementation plans deliver business requirements.
Over her career, she has held several end-end supply chain roles and various leadership positions in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. Katie began her career at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering. She received her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Courtney has over two decades of experience in operations, plant management, engineering, and people leadership experience in the food, beverage, and consumer goods industries. In her current role, Courtney is responsible for developing and executing end-to end Supply Chain strategies to drive business performance and to accelerate innovation, margin enhancement and growth.
Courtney is also a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep passion for developing the future workforce with integrity, clear communication, and transparency. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
